At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant states that his application under Section 127 of the Cr.P.C. dated 23rd March, 2018 is pending and may be directed to dispose of within stipulated period of time.
Learned Additional Government Advocate has no object in case if direction is issued for time bound disposal of pending application.
In view of above, let application of applicant dated 23rd March, 2018 under Section 127 Cr.P.C. is disposed of by the court below within period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of the order.
In view of aforesaid, the application is disposed of.
