(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) The Commissioner of Police, Ahmedabad City has not submitted the report. It is not clear as to bailable warrants have been served on the respondents No.1 to 5. We extend the time granted earlier by one week and direct the Commissioner of Police, Ahmedabad City that the bailable warrants with personal bond of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred each) be served on the respondents No.1 to 5 by 14th February, 2012. The Commissioner of Police may either himself or through some responsible officer shall ensure the services of the bailable warrants on respondents No.1 to 5, as directed earlier by this Court, and the Commissioner of Police shall file a compliance report on the returnable date. In case the compliance report is not filed by the Commissioner of Police then he is directed to remain personally present before this Court on 14.02.2012 and explain as to why inspite of the order of this Court, bailable warrants for appearance have not been served on the respondents No.1 to 5.
List the matter on 14th February, 2012.
Registry is directed to give copy of this order to learned AGP Mr.N.J.Shah for necessary action and compliance of the order.
Direct service is permitted.
