1. This Court (Coram: K.S. Jhaveri, J.) by an order dated 16.3.2012 has admitted the matter and also issued notice as to interim relief and granted stay of the impugned award on condition that the amount as directed by the Labour Court shall be deposited by the petitioner with this Court before the returnable date.
2. The record shows that as per the aforesaid order, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.73,472/- (Rupees seventy three thousand four hundred seventy two only) with this Court.
3. Considering the above facts, as the condition is complied with, the ad-interim relief granted earlier shall continue as interim relief till final disposal of this petition.
4. However, registry is directed to invest the said amount in the Fixed Deposit of a cumulative nature in the nationalised bank initially for a period of three years renewable thereafter till final disposal of this petition.
