Vision vs Idbi

(Per : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. S.J.MUKHOPADHAYA) After some argument and objections made by the counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner seek permission to withdraw the writ petition to prefer appeal against the order dated 31st May 2011 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Ahmedabad, before the Appellate Tribunal.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
