Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1, Additional Commissioner, Gorakhpur Mandal Gorakhpur to decide the Revision No.C- 201705001739(Deep Narain Versus Vishwajeet and others) District Kushinagar within a short period, so that justice may be done."
It has been stated that the aforesaid revision is directed against an interlocutory and is pending consideration since the year 2017.
This writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1, Additional Commissioner, Gorakhpur Mandal Gorakhpur to endeavour to decide the revision of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him, in case, the lower court record has been received.
