Heard Sri Sanjay Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C., the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the trial court to decide the Complaint Case No.14769 of 2018 (Sangeeta Malik vs. Vishwajeet Pal) under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Babupurwa, District Kanpur Nagar, pending in the court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate IV, Kanpur Nagar, within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed off with a direction to the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate IV, Kanpur Nagar to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties expeditiously from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
