Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the Izara being Application No.48 of 2007 is pending before the Court of Civil Judge F.T.C. (Senior Division) Mainpuri since 2007.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of by directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid pending application within six months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
