The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expediting the Sessions Trial No.06 of 2016, arising out of Case Crime No. 434 of 2015 (State of U.P. Vs. Chhedi Lal & Others), under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 and 504 I.P.C., P.S.
Nawabganj, District Allahabad, pending in the court of Addl. District Judge, Allahabad.
The trial is of the year 2016 and stage of trial is not known.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no case for issuing any direction is made out at this stage.
Thus, application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is misconceived and is accordingly, dismissed.
