Petitioner, by means of instant petition, is challenging the election on the post of Pradhan of Village Kot Madarahana, Tehsil Nautanwa, District Maharajganj.
Learned Standing Counsel, at the outset, submits that petitioner has to file an election petition under Section 12-C of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947. This fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view thereof, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to take remedy in accordance with law.
