JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per :
HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail to attend the marriage of his sister's son scheduled on 16.04.2012.
Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, learned APP Shri Pandya has submitted, based on the report of the Superintendent of Police, Mehsana, that the ground mentioned in the application is genuine.
From the jail remarks, we find that once the applicant has enjoyed furlough and he has surrendered to the jail authority in time.
Considering the totality of the facts, it is directed that the applicant-convict shall be enlarged on temporary bail from 13.04.2012 to 19.04.2012 on personal bond of Rs.5000 and one surety of like amount. It is further directed that the applicant-convict shall surrender to the jail authority on 20.04.2012.
Application allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute accordingly.
