It is alleged that the order of the writ court has been violated.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant failed to point out wilful and deliberate disobedience of the writ court order against the opposite parties.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to take remedy before the appropriate forum/court, in accordance with law, if aggrieved.
