Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No. 2, Kanpur Nagar to decide Original Suit No. 356 of 2016 (Smt. Rama Devi and others vs. Vishambhar Singh) within stipulated period.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is aged about 80 years and therefore, the suit filed for cancellation of sale deed be decided expeditiously.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present application is finally disposed of with the direction to the court below to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
With the aforesaid observations, present petition stands disposed of.
