Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anand Tiwari, Advocate holding brief of Sri Prakash Padia, learned counsel appearing for respondents no. 2 and 3.
Sole relief claimed in this petition as mandamus to command the respondent no. 1-The District Consumer Forum, Deoria to dispose of complaint no. 292 of 2015 filed by the petitioner against the respondents no. 2 and 3 within a stipulated time, as may be fixed by this Court.
Admittedly, complaint was made in the year 2015 and since then three years have passed, but no decision has been taken.
Considering the facts, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no.1-The District Consumer Forum, Deoria to dispose of the complaint no. 292 of 2015 filed by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order in accordance with law, after notice and opportunity of hearing to all concerned.
