The petitioner challenges the correctness of the notice dated 10.06.2020.
Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondents submits that appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to prefer an appeal under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003 before the competent authority/ Commissioner.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
