Pursuant to the directions given by this Court, the parties are attempting to settle the dispute amicably before the High Court Mediation Centre. As jointly submitted by the learned advocates for the parties, peremptorily the matter is fixed on 10.05.2012.
However, in the meantime, the request is made for and on behalf of respondent to permit her withdrawal of the sum of Rs.50,000/- deposited by the petitioner husband towards maintenance of both the wife and the child. Other side has no objection to accede to such request. Resultantly, this request of withdrawal of the sum of Rs.50,000/- is acceded to. The payment shall be made to the respondent by way of an account payee cheque. The payment shall be made to the respondent which she shall receive on her behalf as also as a guardian of the child.
The matter be fixed on 10.05.2012.
