This Court, vide order dated 23.7.2019, directed the appellant - Vishal Saini and respondent - Smt. Monika, wife of the appellant, to appear in person before this Court for the purpose of reconciliation.
Today, when the matter is listed, the appellant - Vishal Saini is present-in- person before this Court, however, the respondent - Smt. Monika is not present.
Learned counsel for the respondent has stated that due to some unavoidable circumstances, respondent - Smt. Monika is not present before this Court today. He has further submitted that some expenses may also be awarded to her by the petitioner, for attending the Court as at present, she is residing in Delhi.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, parties are directed to appear-in-person before this Court on the next date fixed i.e. 1.11.2019.
The petitioner is directed to prepare a draft of Rs.10,000/- in favour of respondent - Smt. Monika towards expenses for appearing before this Court and the Bank draft for the said amount shall be delivered to the respondent on the next date of listing.
List this matter on 1.11.2019.
