JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the respondents state that meeting of the Executive Committee/second respondent was held and the suspension of the appellant has been revoked.
2. We appreciate the positive stand taken by the respondents albeit belatedly.
3. The appeal has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.1677 of 2017 is closed.
