Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State as also perused the record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to consider and dispose of the bail application of the applicant in Case Crime No. 213 of 2018, under Sections, 420, 406 IPC, Police Station Sector 20 NOIDA, District Gautam Budh Nagar.
Learned AGA submits that the investigation in the aforesaid case is pending before the court below.
The present application is thus misconceived. The instant application is dismissed with liberty to file appropriate petition.
