JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. S.J.MUKHOPADHAYA) The matter relates to admission. In spite of the Court's order dated 15th June 2011, no affidavit has been filed by the State. As a last chance, two days' time is allowed to file affidavit, failing which, the case may be disposed of at the stage of admission.
Post the matter on 5th July 2011 within five cases.
