Apprehending that the authorities might take the electricity line to the third respondent, through her land, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 25.09.2012, expressing her objections and because of the inaction on the part of the officials, the present petition came to be filed.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on the either side submitted that the connection has already been given and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
3. Recording such submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
