The petitioner intends to get his bhumidhari with non- transferable rights converted into bhumidhari with transferable rights.
In this regard, the petitioner may move an application before the respondent no. 2, the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil - Jewar, District - Gautam Buddha Nagar and if such an application is moved before the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil - Jewar, District - Gautam Buddha Nagar,within a period of 15 days from today then the same shall be decided strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
It is made clear that the instant case has not been decided on merits.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
