Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
This Court vide order dated 25.2.2020, has disposed of the writ petition directing the applicant to take remedy under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, after serving a copy of the Writ Court order.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant submits that till date the petition under section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, has not been filed.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage, with liberty to the applicant to comply the order dated 25.2.2020, by instituting a petition under section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 alongwith copy of the Writ Court order Order Date :- 5.1.2021 Mukesh Kr.
