This writ petition is filed seeking following reliefs:-
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the Respondent No. 2 to decide Revision No. 401/2005-06 (Computer Case No.C2006050000532 (Devaki Vs. Radheyshyam) pending before him since 12.5.2006 within stipulated period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
(b) Or pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
Sri H.K. Tripathi, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, undertakes that either petitioner in person or through Advocate, shall appear on each and every date before the appropriate authority.
Taking note of the undertaking, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to concerned authority to decide the above referred application expeditiously, preferably within the period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
