The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the application being Case No. T201914360202198 filed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the case be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Case No. T201914360202198 filed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 shall be decided within the time as has been stipulated under the Rules 67 (6) of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
