1. The applicant seeks condonation of delay of 16 days in filing the First Appeal.

2. Learned advocate Mr. Nirav Thakkar appears for respondent Nos.2 and 3. So far as respondent No.1 is concerned, though he has already been served with the notice, nobody has remained present.

3. Considering the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that the applicants have sufficiently explained the delay caused in filing the First Appeal. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
