The present petition has been filed seeking for quashing of the first information report dated 20.08.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 0512/2021, under Sections 328 and 376 IPC, Police Station Chandpur,District Bijnor.
Looking to the serious allegations in the first information report, it cannot be said that it does not discloses a cognizable offence.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations in the first information report, are false and concocted, cannot be examined within the scope of the Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Any interference at this stage may impede the speedy investigation.
We do not find any good ground to entertain the writ petition. The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
