It is submitted by Mr. Imran Siddiqui Advocate, holding brief of Mr. S. M. A. Abdy, learned counsel for the applicant that the present bail application has become infructuous as the Session Trial No. 30 of 2018 arising out of Case Crime No. 9 of 2018 under Sections 498A, 304B I.P.C. and Sections 3/4 D. P. Act, Police Station-Kotwali Bansi, District, Siddharth Nagar has already been decided resulting in the conviction of the present applicant.
Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
