This petition has been filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India for issuing suitable order or direction to Additional District Judge, Court No.-1, Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the Land Acquisition Reference Case No. 4 of 2012 ( Vinod Singh Bhati Vs. Sugan and others) , expeditiously, within stipulated time.
A perusal of the record shows that under Section 30 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894, a reference has been sent in the year 2012. Since then it is pending.
Without entering into the controversy involved in the petition, this petition is disposed of with direction to Additional District Judge, Court No.-1, Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the Land Acquisition Reference Case No. 4 of 2012 ( Vinod Singh Bhati Vs. Sugan and others ) , expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties preferably, within a period of six months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order.
