Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.3 of 2019.
This is an application for correction in the order dated 17.4.2019 by which bail has been granted to the applicants.
Learned counsel applicants submits that due to inadvertence year of Case Crime i.e. "2018" could not be transcribed in the 2nd line of paragraph 1.
In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed. The order dated 17.4.2019 is corrected and year of Case Crime i.e."2018" is added after Case Crime No. 625 in the 2nd line of paragraph 1.
Necessary correction has been incorporated in the original order.
The application is, accordingly, disposed of.
