1. The only grievance of petitioner is that there is illegal construction over land in dispute of Gaon Sabha and petitioner has made complaint in this regard before Respondents-2 to 4 but no decision has been taken.
2. When there is an encroachment on public land, there is a remedy under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as also under Section 133 Cr.P.C. The writ petition, therefore, is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
