Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for the revisionist, Sri Gyan Prakash, learned counsel for the opposite party and Sri Deepak Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present crl. revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 06.07.2018 passed by Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption), CBI Court No.3, Ghaziabad in Special Case No. 12 of 2014 arising out of Case No. RC 10 (A)/2001 under sections 120B r/w sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C and section 13 (2) r/w section 13 (1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, PS. CBI/Dehradoon.
We have gone through the revision along with the affidavit filed in support of this revision as well as the impugned order passed by learned Special Judge and find that the same does not suffer from any illegality, infirmity or jurisdictional error requiring any interference by this Court. The revision lacks merit and is liable to be dismissed. Hence, it is, accordingly, dismissed.
Office is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial court concerned for follow up action, if any, is required.
