Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Neeraj Agrawal, learned counsel for hte respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned orders dated 15.5.2018 and 6.4.2016 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No. 2, Kanpur Nagar in Rent Control Appeal No. 106 of 2013 (Vinod Kumar Kokcha vs. Smt. Neera Dixit (Deceased) and others).
After hearing learned counsel for the parties at length, I am not inclined to interfere with the order impugned herein.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order at the time of challenging the final order of the Court below, if the need so arises.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty aforesaid. No order as to costs.
