Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the objection filed by the defendant-petitioner to the order of temporary injunction granted by the trial court in Original Suit No. 1299 of 2018 within a specified time frame.
Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that objection was filed on 19.05.2019 for vacating the ex parte interim injunction dated 01.11.2018 but the objection has not been decided so far.
Having regard to the above facts, the trial court is directed to consider and finalise the objection filed by the defendant-petitioner under Order 39 Rule 4 CPC expeditiously.
