Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The sole submission of counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No.3, Badaun to decide the Original Suit No.317 of 1987 (Vinesh Singh vs. Amba Sahai Singh & another) which is pending since 21.12.1987.
In view of above, the petition is disposed of by directing the Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No.3, Badaun to decide the Original Suit No.317 of 1987 (Vinesh Singh vs. Amba Sahai Singh & another) expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
