Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Etah to decide Original Suit No. 438 of 2011, Vinesh Pal Singh and another Vs. Smt. Vipin Kumari and others within a stipulated period.
Suit is of the year 2011.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid suit and decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously provided there is no legal impediment and no unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to the parties.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present writ petition is finally disposed of.
