By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the complaint case no. 3470 of 2017, under section 138 NI Act, P.S. Sadar Bazar, District Meerut, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate-III, Meerut to decide the aforesaid complaint case expeditiously.
