The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment of private respondents over plot no. 957K/1.00, 1136/0.320 situated in Village Nakahra Khandeo, plot no. 185/10.00 situated in Village Sadhapur and plot no. 925M/1.012, 82/0.429 situated in Village Gonauli, Pargana Chanda, Tehsil Badlapur, District Jaunpur.
The relevant revenue record has not been filed with the writ petition to show the nature of the land.
The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition with proper and necessary annexures.
