Heard Sri Rajendra Prasad Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2-Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur to decide the case no. 1126/2010 within stipulated time.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the revision was filed on 20.8.2010 against the order dated 23.7.2010 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation, which remain pending till date.
Under these circumstances, respondent no.2-Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur is directed to decide the case no. 1126/2010 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
