JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present application has been filed by the applicants-accused under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code for quashing and setting aside the complaint being C.R.No.I-21/2012 registered with Bhaktinagar Police Station on the grounds stated in the application inter alia that amicable settlement has been arrived at.
Learned counsel, Mr.Dagli for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the present application. Permission is granted. The present application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
