Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
“Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent No. 1 to decide the suit under section 144 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, bearing suit No. 02407/2018, Computer Sl. No. T201815510302407 (Vimala Singh vs. Akhilesh singh) pending before the same within stipulated time.”
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the case.
In view thereof, petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
