Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Birendra Pratap Singh, the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that the communication of the District Magistrate, Chitrakoot dated 12 January 2018 addressed to the District Magistrate, Udhampur (State of Jammu & Kashmir), shall be duly pursued and final orders in respect of the application made by the petitioner passed with expedition and preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
