1. By this application, the applicant, an under trial prisoner arrested in connection with the C.R. No. I-197 of 2011 registered with the Junagadh "A" Division Police Station of the offence of murder, prays for temporary bail on the ground of arranging funds for the treatment of his wife.

Taking into consideration the grounds urged in this application, the applicant-accused is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 30 days from the date of his actual release on the applicant furnishing a bail bond of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the satisfaction of the jail authority on usual terms and conditions. The applicant shall surrender before the jail authority on or before the expiry of the temporary bail period. This application is accordingly allowed. Direct service is permitted.
