Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has challenged the show cause notice dated 17.10.2018 issued to him by the respondent no.2 under Section 3 of Uttar Pradesh Control of Goondas Act. It is further contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the impugned show cause notice has been issued to him only on the ground that petitioner has involved in two cases and the same is liable to be quashed.
After being heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter, hence, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from taking all such plea in his reply, which has been taken by the petitioner in this writ petition.
