The petitioner is raising dispute with regard to some unauthorised occupation of the private persons over the shops in question, which are allotted by the Nagar Nigam.
Sri Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents states that for removal of the unauthorised occupation of the private persons, the action has to be taken by the Nagar Nigam.
Considering the said, we find that the dispute appears to be private in nature. The appropriate course for the petitioner is to file a suit impleading the unauthorised occupants and the Nagar Nigam and seek appropriate relief.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
