Sri Dhiraj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Pushpendra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 31.08.2019 under Section 101 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. No good cause has been shown as to why hearing of this case should be prioritized over other matters pending before the authority below.
It is however open to the petitioner to approach the authority in accordance with law.
The writ petition is dismissed.
