Heard Sri Satyam Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri A.K. Saran, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for issuing a direction to respondents and their subordinates not to harass or to adopt any coercive measures against the petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not involved in any of the criminal case but the police is harassing him.
We failed to understand as to how the present petition is maintainable on the own showing of the petitioner.
The petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
