2. Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking to quash the P.C.R. No.100/2015 and the consequent registration of FIR in Crime No.178/2015 on the file of 1st Additional Civil Judge (Jr. Dn) and JMFC Court, Ramanagara District.
3. Learned SPP-II submits that after investigation, the jurisdictional police have submitted B report on 08.06.2017. In view of this submission, petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of main petition, I.A.No.1/2016 is also dismissed as it does not survive for consideration.
