1. This application has been filed with a prayer to fix an early date of final hearing for Special Civil Application No.9279/2008.
2. Heard Mr.Hemang Shah, learned advocate for Mr.Shalin N. Mehta, learned advocate for the applicants, Mr.U.I.Vyas, learned advocate for respondents Nos.1/1 to 1/4 and Mr.Neeraj Soni, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No.3.
3. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the applicants that the petition may be listed for early hearing, as it is covered by judgment of this Court dated 23.02.2012 passed in Special Civil Application No.8537/1998.
4. Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties, the following order is passed :
