Shri Narendra Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners states that chargesheet has been submitted in reference to Case Crime No. 1434 of 2020 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Naini, District Prayagraj. Therefore, the cause for filing the present writ petition no more survives.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
