Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned AGA and perused the impugned F.I.R, as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 27.5.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 0264 of 2018, under sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 IPC P.S. Hayatnagar District Bheem Nagar.
The impugned F.I.R. nominates one Shanu Agrawal as accused, name of the petitioner does not figure anywhere in the F.I.R. The present petition is not maintainable.
The present petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
